Question:

Does IHOP have a dedicated food allergy policy and do all restaurants follow the policy?

Answer:

"Dear Summer,

Thank you for your e-mail.  At IHOP we do provide the most current allergen information available from our food suppliers on nine common allergens: milk, soy, gluten, wheat, eggs, fish, shellfish, treenut and peanuts.  You can view this information at the following link:

If you have any other questions, you can reach us toll-free at 866-444-5144 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday."
